1) Tax Policy (0% Tax)

We currently apply 0% sales tax at checkout.

  • You will not be charged tax on your order total.

  • If a tax requirement changes due to law or marketplace rules, we will update this page and checkout display accordingly.

2) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

We offer Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 per order (regardless of quantity)

The shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

3) Order Cutoff Time

To keep processing predictable, we use a daily cutoff:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT (or on weekends/holidays) are treated as received on the next business day.

4) Processing Time (Preparation Time)

Processing time is the time needed to confirm and prepare your order before it ships.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

This includes order verification, production/prep (if applicable), packing, and handoff to the carrier.

5) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Shipping time is the time the carrier takes to deliver after the package is shipped.

  • Shipping Time: 8–9 calendar days

6) Total Delivery Time (10–12 Days)

Total delivery time is Processing Time + Shipping Time:

  • Total Delivery Time: 10–12 days

    • Processing: 2–3 business days

    • Shipping: 8–9 days

These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.

7) Tracking

When available, we will send a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.

8) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.

9) Delays Outside Our Control

Delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, customs (if applicable), peak seasons, or service disruptions. If your package seems stuck, contact us and we’ll help you trace it.
