1) Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be available and how the process works.

2) Return Window

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund review.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days may be declined.

3) Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned with any original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, washing, alterations, or misuse.

4) Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, the following are typically non-returnable:

  • Personalized / made-to-order items

  • Final sale/clearance items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

If an item is personalized, the only eligible outcomes are usually replacement/refund for defects or wrong item received.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/video showing the issue

    • Photos of packaging (if damage occurred during transit)

Resolution options (at our discretion):

  • Replacement (same item)

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit (only if you agree)

6) Standard Returns (Changed Mind / Not What You Expected)

If you simply changed your mind:

  • You may request a return within 30 days

  • Return shipping is typically paid by the customer

  • Original shipping fees (Flat Rate) are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll approve or deny the refund based on condition.

7) How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, because it can get lost in the void of human logistics.

8) Refund Method & Timing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe)

  • Processing time:

    • We typically issue approved refunds within 3–5 business days after inspection/approval

    • Your bank/PayPal may take additional time to post the refund

9) Exchanges

We don’t guarantee direct exchanges for all items due to inventory/production limits. If you need a different size/color (if applicable), we may handle it as:

  • Return + refund, then you place a new order, or

  • Replacement if the original item is defective/wrong

10) Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders that have already entered processing or shipped may not be cancellable.

  • If cancellation is approved before processing/shipping, we will refund to the original payment method.

11) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback/dispute, it may delay resolution while the payment processor investigates. Contacting us first is usually faster and less dramatic.
